EAP delivered by Hunter Education Group allows students to develop the key language skills required to study effectively in one of the AQF5 Diplomas delivered by the Hunter Hospitality Academy or the Hunter Business Academy. Learners will exit this course at an IELTS 5.5. equivalency.

Students who want to develop their vocabulary and grammar, particularly the key academic speaking skills of discussion and presentation, note taking and exam techniques.
Students who seek to gain direct, no additional IELTS entry into a Diploma offered at the Hunter Business Academy or Hunter Hospitality Academy.
The program will be delivered over 10 weeks with a minimum of 20 hours per week face-to-face class time and 5 hours per week supervised self-study time.
Classes will be scheduled between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Fully equipped facilities, with the resources to successfully undertake this program including computer rooms, software, free WIFI, photocopiers and student lounge. It is a requirement that you bring your own laptop (device) to enhance your learning experience.
The Learning Management System (LMS) which includes class assessments, student workbooks, and extra resources, is also available for download. Students can access test and assessment results and message other students or trainers on the LMS.
Units studied in this qualification will undergo assessment through various methods, including written assessments, oral assessments, projects and presentations.
Upon successful completion of the EAP course students will receive a completion certificate from Hunter Education Group with a level of attainment described for each of the key skills.
